We completely understand that sometimes things just don't work out the way you plan, it's ok! Our process is easy, peasy!
Please make sure the item that you are returning...
- Has all original tags attached
- Is in new and unworn condition (please make sure there are no make up stains, deodorant marks, has no animal hair and does not have an odor)
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. Any damaged shoe box will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Items that were purchased on clearance or a sale of more than 25% off the original price (includes BOGO items).
- Bodysuits, bralettes and swim suits are a FINAL SALE.
- Shoes without the original box.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable and you will not receive a credit for it.
- All holiday items returned after the holiday are subject to a store credit ONLY.
Shipping your item back to us:
Please note that return shipping is responsible by the consumer. Through our return portal you will be provided a return label for your return. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Please indicate in your return if you would like a refund or a store credit. If a return is received without specifying a refund or store credit, store credit will be automatically given. All returns must be submitted through our return portal.
Once we receive your package please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your request (it usually is done faster, we know you are anxious). If you have requested a store credit we will email you a code for the full purchase price of your item(s).
- Refund: If you would like a refund back to your method of payment for your return please make sure that your package is mailed to us no later than 30 days from when your original package tracking number was delivered. Once we process your return please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
- Store Credit: If you would like a store credit for your purchase please make sure that your package is received by us no later than 30 days after your original package tracking number states it was delivered.
- Exchange: We do not offer exchanges on web orders as we cannot ensure that by the time we receive your item we will have the item you request in stock in your size. If you would like a different size in something we suggest that you place a new order for that item and return the original item through one of the processes listed above. Thank you.
- Any return that is received after the 30 day cut off date will not be accepted.

Something wrong with your order?
- Please inspect your package upon receiving it!
- If you believe that you have not received something correctly or your item is defective please contact us at email@example.com withing 3 days of receiving your package.
- We will be happy to help you with any concerns that you may have in regards to your order. Please just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If any tags have been removed or the item has been worn or it is past the 3 day window please note that the item is not eligible for replacement.

Darn it! We are so sorry to hear that but we understand and would be happy to help. Any order that has not yet been shipped is eligible for cancellation. Please call 970.565.9075 for help cancelling your order.
