Shipping & Return Policy
All U.S. orders over $100 ship FREE!
All orders placed will ship via USPS within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted in the item description). Once the item is shipped you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking directions through the email address that you have provided.
*Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for your tracking information to be updated by USPS*
Free Shipping: Normally our free shipping method can take up to 5 days and will not include insurance.
Upgraded or rush shipping: Please make a note in your order if you are in need of upgraded or rush shipping. This would be shipping that is any faster than 5 days. We will contact you in regards to your order note and do our very best to make sure that your item is shipped on time. Please note that there may be an additional charge for upgraded shipping and delivery times are only an estimate and are not a guarantee.
In Store Pickup: Please allow us one business day to complete your order. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for you to take it home!Pick up location is:34 East Main Street Cortez, CO 81321
**Please note that once the package is out of our hands and is delivered to USPS we have no control over how long it may take to be delivered no matter the delivery speed which is chosen. At this point the post office is responsible and if you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your package please contact your local post office.**
The customer is also responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Any package that is returned due to a wrong address, the customer is responsible for the extra shipping charges. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages with an incorrect address.
**Please make sure that your shipping address is secure as we are not responsible for replacing shipments of packages with a tracking confirmation of delivered.**

We completely understand that sometimes things just don't work out the way you plan, it's ok!
Please make sure the item that you are returning...
- Has all original tags attached
- Is in new and unworn condition (please make sure there are no make up stains, deodorant marks, has no animal hair and does not have an odor)
Items that are not eligible for return are items that were purchased on clearance or a sale of more than 25% off the original price. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Shipping your item back to us:
- Refund: If you would like a refund back to your method of payment for your return please make sure that your package is mailed to us no later than 15 days from when your original package tracking number was delivered. All refunds will have be processed with a 10% restocking fee.
- Store Credit: If you would like a store credit for your purchase please make sure that your package is received by us no later than 30 days after your original package tracking number states it was delivered. No package will be accepted after 30 days.
- Exchange: We do not offer exchanges on web orders as we cannot ensure that by the time we receive your item we will have the item you request in stock in your size. If you would like a different size in something we suggest that you place a new order for that item and return the original item through one of the processes listed above. Thank you.
Please note that return shipping is responsible by the consumer. We recommend that you have a tracking number and insurance for your package. All returns need to be mailed to:

Once we receive your package please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your request (it usually is done faster). If you have requested a store credit we will email you a code for the full purchase price of your item(s). If you have requested a refund please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. No exceptions. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Something wrong with your order?
- Please inspect your package upon receiving it!
- If you believe that you have not received something correctly or your item is defective please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org withing 5 days of receiving your package.
- We will be happy to help you with any concerns that you may have in regards to your order. Please just contact us at email@example.com.
- If any tags have been removed or the item has been worn or it is past the 5 day window please note that the item is not eligible for replacement.
