Refund: If you would like a refund back to your method of payment for your return please make sure that your package is mailed to us no later than 30 days from when your original package tracking number was delivered. Once we process your return please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Store Credit: If you would like a store credit for your purchase please make sure that your package is received by us no later than 30 days after your original package tracking number states it was delivered. 

Exchange: We do not offer exchanges on web orders as we cannot ensure that by the time we receive your item we will have the item you request in stock in your size. If you would like a different size in something we suggest that you place a new order for that item and return the original item through one of the processes listed above. Thank you. 

Any return that is received after the 30 day cut off date will not be accepted.

We strive for same business day shipping but all orders placed will ship via USPS within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted in the item description). Once the item is shipped you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking directions through the email address that you have provided. Shipping transit times are typically between 2-5 days.
